To date there are a few really good choices we’ve made in our life, engaging Tony and the team from VFM is definitely one of them. We know we’ve engaged the best in the business when on many of our house inspections the real estate agents would relay to us that Tony is one of the best out there.

The property we were interested in had an asking price of close to half a million, further the real estate agent mentioned that there wasn’t much room to move as the price was at rock bottom. With Tony’s negotiation skills, we got a massive reduction of $26.5k, which is great for a house that is valued at the asking price.
