In most cases you won’t even need to speak to an agent, we’ll do all the talking (and the driving) so you can spend more time looking. Then we’ll help you filter each property so you can decide on a top 2 or 3 that you would like to pursue.

Once we have all of the facts, we weigh up the positives and negatives of each short listed property and provide you with a full market analysis and assesment in terms of value in the market. You can take as long as you like to decide on a property — but often, if you are clear on what you want, the decision will be straightforward. Sometimes decisions need to be made quickly to secure lower prices and favourable contract conditions, but VFM will never pressure you into buying something you do not want or do not feel comfortable with.
